I recently had most of my wiring for me 2019 Cadillac destroyed by squirrels and rats! I took my car to A&E Auto Repair because of the professional and quality service that they have previously provided me excellent service on my 2014Corvette! The process to replace the wiring harness on my Cadillac was frustrating due to serious difficulty getting the replacement parts! Marco and his team persevered and did a fantastic job working diligently to get the parts and complete the repairs as soon as he possibly could! All staff associates we very cordial and helpful and put me, the customer first! Car repairs are complete and all is fine! I highly recommend A&E Auto for any repair needs with no reservation! A&E was recommended to me by a friend. From the moment I made contact with Theresa she was very professional kind and caring. She listened to all my concerns and made an appointment for me based on my concerns. My vehicle was purchased for me by a family member and had nothing but problems from day one. I am so thankful and Blessed by the staff at A&E they took the time to explain exactly what needed to be repaired to make my car road safe.i had to wait while my vehicle was repaired as I didn’t have a ride. The Owner offered to pay for an Uber for me so I didn’t have to wait all day. I had my phone and headphones and just hung out all day while my vehicle was repaired. The staff offered me lunch and provided me with updates and asked regularly if I needed anything while I waited. The shop is clean and comfortable and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend A&E for anyone looking for a reliable honest repair shop and they treat you like family. I feel this is more than a five star business without a doubt. Top-tier shop, both respecting service and staff. Service managers seem to know their stuff (I myself am a greenhorn when it comes to auto repair) and are professional, polite, patient, and friendly. My services have come with detailed photos --- and with written feedback concerning what other work I might do well to consider having done in order to keep the vehicle in tip-top condition (NO hard sell whatsoever.) The premises appear clean as a whistle, including the comfy, quiet waiting room supplied, when last I was there, with coffee, bottled water, and chips--- very pleasant set-up. Owners are community-minded: they operate a program for helping folks in need of getting back up on their feet by obtaining for them used vehicles allowing them to get back in the work force and earn themselves a living. All-around good people run this business, and in a way that their customers can be proud to support.

From start to finish, Marco and his team at A&E Auto Repair were a God send. When my fiancée and I first started calling around the area to seek help with a repair, I wasn't met with such kindness and professionalism... until I called A&E. The woman who I spoke with on the phone (I wish I could remember her name) was very personable and reassuring, a breath of fresh air. She said that the staff at A&E never keeps their customers in the dark about prices, options, and the diagnoses of their cars. That proved true, and then some! I explained what issues I had been experiencing with the car, and recieved a call back from Marco within the hour! He was able to squeeze me in, same day, to start the diagnosis despite having a full schedule. He was very honest about the condition of my car, which was not great. I knew it might have been bad, as I had to put it off for quite a while after running into some financial difficulty this past year. Marco truly cared about getting me back on the road, and safely, ASAP. The repair was priced very reasonably, but my fiancé and I were unfortunatley going to have to put it off until a future date. Marco and his wife blessed us beyond belief.. and mentioned the work that they do with the non-profit, Autos 4 The Needy. They truly lent a hand in such a difficult and stressful time... and now we can focus on working, catching up, and preparing for the wedding this year! If you are looking for a locally owned auto shop that truly cares- about your car and beyond-this is the place. We felt welcomed from start to finish, and I had no idea that we would be met with such grace, compassion, and assistance when we felt defeated. After a collision of flying debris on I-75 with some major damage to the front end and motor, A&E Auto Repair had my car for a little over three weeks. I had been there before for usual maintenance but this was the first time for a major issues. I am very, very pleased with the staff, the support, the communication with me and my insurance company and the work done on my car which is an accessible vehicle. I set up an appointment with A&E auto repair for Oct 13 to replace right front outer CV boot on my 2011 Honda Pilot current mileage is over 235 thousand miles they recommend I replace the axle instead because of the high mileage. I was thinking of replacing the axle before I took the vehicle A&E the price was reasonable and the work was done promptly it's been a week since repair was done and I am very satisfied thank you A&E

Stopped in this shop with a bad problem with my brakes, I was in town to visit my brother and his family discovered a major issue with my front brakes. The young girl who took all my information was extremely well versed with the knowledge of what I needed and the importance of this repair as I was about to head home to Georgia, a ten hour journey. I was able to talk with the mechanic personally and that the repair would get me home safely. I was extremely happy with both the customer service and the repair service. Jeep ran great all the way with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I also met the owners extremely nice people, even gave my niece and myself tee shirts with the company logo. If I lived in Port Charlotte this would be my go to repair shop.

I needed to have a brake light bulb replaced. It was a Saturday afternoon and I stopped to check if they were open. Went to the door and it was locked so I started to leave and someone came out and ask what I needed. I told them and then he took a look at it and went back inside and came out with a new bulb and replaced it. I ask him what I owed and he did not charge anything. I was surprised to get this kind of service. I strongly recommend this shop and I will be using them in the future.

I hate having to deal with automotive services and repairs, but the needs of my car overshadowed my distaste. I was referred to A&E Auto Repair by another shop who felt my car needed services he could not accommodate. What a wonderful chance that he referred me to A&E. I was greeted warmly and throughly explained what they could do to help me. Adam and Sheila, at the front desk, put me at ease making the diagnostic appointment for just days later. When I arrived for the appointment again I was greeted, by name, which was pleasant. . They asked if there was anything else they could do to assist me, and I mentioned I needed an oil change no problem and while they had it up on the rack, they could also rotate my tires for a very small fee.. Bravo! While the mechanics worked on my car, I spent my time in a very comfortable A/C waiting lounge, with excellent WIFI, cold water, coffee and plenty of magazines. When my diagnostic was complete, their staff had found the issue, and they gave me a couple suggestions and price quotes. Their proposal also included photographs of each area they checked. It was easy to understand, and easy to see the area they were referring to. I still have to decide how extensive I want to get with the repairs, but there was no pressure.
